This is an experimentation aimed at supporting the existing projects in reaching out to the rural beneficiaries with information even with the impact of COVID 19 .It embraces the use of innovative technologies to ensure continuity in sharing information to the target beneficiaries .

CECOME used the bulk messaging technologies using the SMSLeopard software, short video illustrations, WhatsApp, Facebook live sessions and other participatory methodologies that increase reporting of cases of violence, confidentiality and quick access to justice.
